Theresa Roach is a certified yoga instructor and mindfulness facilitator dedicated to fostering healthy, mindful, and equitable communities. With a focus on trauma-informed care, Theresa provides mental well-being initiatives that support the health of residents in Flint and Genesee County. As an educator in Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), she brings a deep understanding of resilience to her practice. Beyond the mat, Theresa is an active community leader, serving on the board of Impact100 Genesee County, as a member of the Gen Forward Network, and of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. Her mission is to create safe, supportive spaces where students can thrive both physically and mentally.
