We provide yoga mats, blocks, and blankets; all you need is comfortable clothing and a water bottle (a water station is available to fill up your bottle). Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. Doors lock at 5:45 PM (Thursdays) and 9:00 AM (Saturdays) to respect the instructors’ and participants’ time. $10 per class.
