Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing practice designed to help the body rest, reset, and heal. In this class, you’ll be gently guided into a series of fully supported postures using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks. Each pose is held for several minutes, allowing the nervous system to slow and the body to release tension with minimal effort.

We have yoga mats, yoga blocks, and blankets. Please dress comfortably and bring a water bottle (a water station is available to refill it). Class begins promptly at 6 PM, so please arrive early to avoid being locked out! $10 per class.
